Shipping policy

This policy applies to (US) orders. This policy is designed to ensure that you have a clear understanding of our shipping policies and procedures. After placing an order in our store, please read carefully:

How is shipping calculated?

  • We charge a flat delivery fee of $6.99 for orders under $40.
  • We offer free delivery on all orders over $40. 

Processing time?

  • Usually, goods take 15 to 20 days (Monday to Friday) in transit.
  • Order Handling time is 2-3 business days (Monday to Friday).
  • Order cut-off time is 05:00 PM  (GMT-08:00) Pacific Standard Time (Los Angeles) Monday to Friday

All orders will be shipped to one address. If you wish to ship to multiple addresses, you must pay separately.

After my order is placed, can I change my shipping address?

If you need to modify the phone number or address reserved when placing an order, please contact our customer service as soon as possible. We will not be able to modify the information after the order has been placed.

Can I cancel my order?

All credit cards will debit the purchase amount at the time of purchase to ensure the validity of the credit card. Cancellations will incur a fifteen percent (15%) credit card fee from your refund. An order is deemed to have been placed when you agree to purchase. If you cancel an order after it has shipped, you must follow the return policy information.

How can I track my order?

Once your order ships and the courier company generates a tracking number, you can receive tracking information via email.

What if my package is damaged or lost?

All damaged packages must be contacted within 1 business day of receipt. These packages will be contacted by us for logistics claims. Please do not discard any packaging or product until all shipping issues have been resolved. If your package is lost, please contact us as soon as possible at [email protected] so we can work with you to resolve the issue. We ask that you check with all family members, co-workers, neighbors or anyone else who may accept or store a package before reporting it as missing or missing.

Can courier deliver to other countries?

We are unable to process international orders. Please check your address when placing an order to ensure your shipping address is in the United States.

Do I need to pay customs or import charges for my order?

All orders sent to US customers are free of additional duties and taxes and final prices will be shown at checkout.

We are on schedule for most of our deliveries, however, to ensure everyone's safety some deliveries may fall behind the schedule, but they will be delivered. We are actively monitoring all packages 24x7.
